Our team is growing, and we're seeking a Platform Engineer with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, particularly on AWS, to help us make the space journey possible.
The Role
As a Platform Engineer at Intella, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining our cloud infrastructure.
Your expertise will ensure our servers and infrastructure are robust, secure, and scalable, capable of handling significant data, traffic, and user loads.
You'll play a key role in optimizing resources and enhancing our infrastructure's sustainability and security.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain our infrastructure as a code and cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
Leverage your expertise in Linux and networking to enhance and secure our server environments.
Utilize Kubernetes for orchestration to ensure efficient deployment and management of containerized applications.
Contribute to the optimization of resources, ensuring our infrastructure can scale successfully in response to increasing data, traffic, and user demands.
Apply best practices in security to safeguard our infrastructure and platforms against potential threats.
Requirements
Proven experience in creating and maintaining live server and cloud infrastructures (Knowledge of AWS is beneficial).
Deep understanding of Linux, networking, and Kubernetes, with a strong track record of applying these skills in a production environment.
Experience in infrastructure security and optimization, with the ability to create a sustainable and scalable cloud platform.
Contributions to open-source projects are highly valued and considered.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
Location
Full Remote (with periodic in-person meetings with the team in Milan).
What we offer
Salary range between 40k - 70k gross yearly (negotiable based on experience).
