The Role
As a UX/UI Designer at Intella, you'll play an important role in designing the user experience and interface of our digital products.
Working alongside a dynamic team of developers, engineers, and space enthusiasts, you'll leverage Figma to create a comprehensive component library, analyze and refine our digital product offerings, and develop clear and impactful design solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Your creativity and expertise will also contribute to the creation of company materials and graphics, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand identity.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop a comprehensive component library in Figma, ensuring consistency and reusability across our digital products.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the UX/UI of our AI software, focusing on user-centered design principles.
Conduct thorough user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in our digital products.
Develop clear, innovative, and accessible design solutions that meet the needs of our diverse user base.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials and company graphics, aligning with our brand identity and values.
Provide UX/UI support and guidance to our development team, ensuring seamless implementation of design components.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in Figma.
Familiarity with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
A keen interest in space technology and artificial intelligence is a plus.

Full Remote (with periodic in-person meetings with the team in Milan)
